Le Parc naturel du Cap de Creus est le premier parc naturel maritime terrestre de Catalogne. Il poss\u00e8de de nombreux joyaux naturels et culturels qui sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s selon diverses modalit\u00e9s, en fonction de l\u2019importance de la zone. Une d\u2019entre elles est la protection maximale existant en Catalogne, le statut de R\u00e9serve Naturelle Int\u00e9grale. Le parc compte deux des quatre R\u00e9serves Naturelles Int\u00e9grales de la r\u00e9gion autonome : celle du Cap de Creus (commune de Cadaqu\u00e9s) et celle de Cap Norfeu (commune de Roses)<\/p>

La R\u00e9serve Naturelle Int\u00e9grale du Cap de Creus (13844 ha), soit la partie la plus orientale du parc, se caract\u00e9rise par sa morphologie particuli\u00e8re qui a inspir\u00e9 des artistes tels que Salvador Dal\u00ed, Josep Pla, etc. La tramontane et la salinit\u00e9 de la mer ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation de ce paysage dont la grande valeur g\u00e9ologique se manifeste par des affleurements de roches m\u00e9tamorphiques et granitiques. Le long du littoral, on trouve les plantes les plus adapt\u00e9es aux conditions climatiques locales. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation la plus int\u00e9ressante du parc, dont on ne trouve d\u2019\u00e9quivalent nulle part ailleurs sur la c\u00f4te catalane. Les esp\u00e8ces end\u00e9miques en sont l\u2019arm\u00e9rie du Roussillon (Armeria ruscinonensis), le statice ou limonium de Tr\u00e9mols (Limonium tremolsii) et, surtout, le s\u00e9s\u00e9li de Farreny (Seseli farrenyi), authentique joyau botanique qui ne pousse qu\u2019ici.
