La r\u00e9serve nationale de chasse de Boumort, espace prot\u00e9g\u00e9 depuis 1991, couvre une superficie de plus de 13.000 hectares des pr\u00e9-Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es occidentales catalanes. Elle comprend les sierras de Boumort, Carreu, Cuberes et Batsacans, sur la rive gauche de la Noguera Pallareza. Elle s’\u00e9tend sur les communes d’Abella de la Conca et Conca de Dalt (Pallars Juss\u00e0), Baix Pallars (Pallars Sobir\u00e0) et sur une petite partie de Coll de Narg\u00f3 (Alt Urgell).
Le principal attrait de la r\u00e9serve est son importante population de cerfs porte-musc qui y habitent. Il est par exemple recommand\u00e9 de la visiter \u00e0 la saison des amours, entre la mi-septembre et la mi-octobre, pour entendre bramer les cerfs, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un guide connaissant les meilleurs sites d\u2019observation de ce spectacle saisissant. Vous rencontrerez aussi beaucoup de sangliers, lapins, renards, vautours et hiboux, entre autres.
L’altitude maximale de la r\u00e9serve atteint les 2.000 m\u00e8tres environ, avec le sommet du Boumort (2.077 m\u00e8tres) ou celui du Pino Seco (1.917 m\u00e8tres). Cette terre de contrastes aux paysages abrupts facilite la cohabitation et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des esp\u00e8ces qui la peuplent. La v\u00e9g\u00e9tation est domin\u00e9e par les pins et les ch\u00eanes, outre quelques zones de sapin. Les gramin\u00e9es, les gen\u00e9vriers, le romarin et les gen\u00eats peuplent les sous-bois.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
